Registering Microchips

If you purchase microchips with identi registration, please use the identibase admin site for professional registrations. If you do not already have access, submit an identibase PIN application before registering microchips. Once your access has been approved, log in with your vet code or email address and follow the account reset instructions if prompted.

Petlog prefer you to register online as it means that the animal will be protected by the PeddyMark chip sooner. Please visit their web site and head for Implanters or click here to access the Petlog registration page. You must request a PIN from them in the first instance. Once you have your PIN you can register the animals online without the need to post the forms.
