Giveaway Terms and Conditions

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before entering this Competition, a collaboration between multiple brands ("Collaborating Brands"). By participating in this competition, you agree to abide by the following rules and regulations:

1. Eligibility:

This giveaway/competition is open to residents of UK, aged 18 years and older.

Employees, agents, and immediate family members of the Collaborating Brands are not eligible to participate. (This includes Animal Tracker, Animal Microchips, We Trace Pets, Microchip Central and Safer Pet.

2. Competition Period:

This giveaway/competition will end on 31st December 2024. The Collaborating Brands reserve the right to, at their discretion, modify the closing date for the competition, provided that all these terms are updated with the new closing date. It is the responsibility of participants to stay informed about any alterations to the closing date.

All entries must be received by the Collaborating Brands no later than 31st December 2023.

3. How to Enter:

Participants must visit the competition included in our newsletters and/or social media pages and follow the instructions to complete the entry form.

Only one entry per person is allowed.

Incomplete or inaccurate entries will be disqualified.

4. Prize Details:

The prizes will be awarded by the Collaborating Brands and may include products, vouchers, or other items as specified.

The prizes are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash or an alternative prize.

5. Winner Selection:

The winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries.

The draw will take place within 7 days from the closing date and winners will be notified via our social media pages. The winner then has 7 days to contact us with their personal information for the prize delivery.

If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 7 days of notification, the Collaborating Brands reserve the right to withdraw the prize.

6. General Rules:

By entering the Competition, participants grant the Collaborating Brands permission to use their names and photographs for promotional and advertising purposes.

The Collaborating Brands reserve the right to modify or cancel the competition at any time for any reason, without liability.

All decisions made by the Collaborating Brands regarding the competition are final and binding.

7. Privacy:

All personal information provided by participants will be used solely for the purpose of administering the competition and will be treated in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

8. Disclaimers:

The Collaborating Brands shall not be responsible for any loss, damage, or injury sustained by any participant as a result of their participation in the competition.

9. Governing Law:

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
