Cancellation and Returns

Cancellation and Returns of your order may be made by telephone only, up to 5 days after delivery and only if the goods are in the original packaging and in an unused condition. Cancellation & Returns accepted will receive a full refund less any postage charged.

Normal delivery via DPD next day

PeddyMark currently uses DPD as its standard delivery option, this means that if you order before 2pm Monday to Friday your order will be dispatched the same day. If you supply us with your mobile telephone number when placing your order DPD will text you the estimated delivery time, if this is not suitable you may text DPD to re-arrange the delivery.

Guaranteed next working day

If your order is placed before 2pm Monday to Thursday you can add next working day delivery to your order, guaranteeing delivery by 1pm the next day.

Orders placed before 2pm on a Friday will arrive before 1pm on the following Monday.
Orders placed at a weekend or after 2pm on a Friday will arrive before 1pm on the following Tuesday.

Deliveries Regarding Royal Mail

Some products are still sent out using Royal Mail and in these cases the following applies:

If you accept our standard Royal Mail delivery terms we will be able to supply proof of posting on request, however if the order is delayed or lost in the post a refund or a replacement order will be offered after the completion of the Royal Mail investigation. A Royal Mail investigation can not be started before 15 days after the date of posting.

Our standard delivery option is 1st class Royal Mail signed for, however the post office will not treat this any more urgent than standard 1st class post and it could take up to ten working days to arrive.
